By accessing or using AITeamzi ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AITeamzi Ltd.
2. Description of service
AITeamzi provides access to AI-powered agents via a subscription model. Each agent is a conversational AI assistant with a specific area of expertise. Subscriptions are billed monthly and grant access to the relevant agent's chat interface within your dashboard.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; attempt to circumvent the AI agents' safety guidelines; reverse engineer or scrape the platform; impersonate other users or AITeamzi staff; or use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
6. AI-generated content
The agents on AITeamzi are AI-powered and their responses are generated automatically. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. AITeamzi agents do not provide professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The AITeamzi platform, including its design, code, and agent personas, is owned by AITeamzi Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITeamzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
